Placing an order with Travall? It’s as easy as 123

For many of us, shopping online is becoming a more and more common part of our lives.  Some people are a little more uncertain about placing an order online. Whether you are a veteran online shopper or just embarking on shopping this way, you may have some reservations about shopping on a website that may be a new discovery for you. To allay some fears, we thought we’d share with you what it is like placing an order with Travall so that you can be totally confident in making your purchase on this platform.

Travall is based in the heart of the United Kingdom in Derby and sells to customers in over 85 countries.  All our products are available for sale on our secure websites. When you see that little lock symbol in your browser, you know the site is secure. In the UK, you can browse our entire product range to your heart’s content with detailed product descriptions provided to answer your questions.  We also offer a section on our website that gives answers to frequently asked questions. There may be something you need to know that we haven’t covered in this section, but our customer services team is available Monday through Thursday from 8:30am to 5:30pm and Friday 8:30am to 3:00pm at our main Derby warehouse.  Alternatively, our social media team can provide answers through Facebook, Twitter or Instagram from Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (GMT).

How do I place an order?

Placing an order through Travall’s website is as easy as 123. To find products for the car you drive, simply enter the details of your car in the vehicle selector.  By selecting the make, model, year, plus a few other details such as the body style, number of seats and whether it has a sunroof this vehicle selector will then show you the range of Travall products that will fit according to the details that you have entered. You can then browse these products and add them to your shopping cart.  To save you a little money, some of these items are available to purchase as packs, which gives 10% off the RRP for each product included in the pack.

How do I pay for my order?

When you are ready to check out, the process is straight forward and secure.  Travall accepts payment in a variety of forms including all major credit cards, PayPal and even BACS transfer. When your payment has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us.  

What happens next?

Orders placed Monday to Friday prior to 2pm typically ship out the same day. The courier receives and scans the package. You will then receive an e-mail message giving you the tracking details for your order. The package is delivered direct to your door. It’s supplied with everything you need for you to install in the car you drive.

After you’ve received your order we’re still here to help.  Every product arrives complete with fitting instructions. We also have YouTube videos online if you prefer instructions in video format. We’ve even got one about the ordering process, which you can check out right here.
