Outdoor activities to get you moving whatever the weather

Do you enjoy outdoor activities but only when the sun is shining and the sky is blue? You’re not alone with that. For some, any slight change of weather can give the perfect excuse to avoid the levels of exercise that are so vital to our physical health and, just as importantly, to our mental wellbeing.
