{"id":2237,"date":"2019-03-18T18:01:55","date_gmt":"2019-03-18T18:01:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.travall.com\/en-us\/?p=2237"},"modified":"2019-03-18T18:01:55","modified_gmt":"2019-03-18T18:01:55","slug":"dogs-poison-prevention-week","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.travall.com\/en-us\/dogs-poison-prevention-week\/","title":{"rendered":"Toxic Products at Home for Dogs | Poison Prevention Week 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>This week (March 18<sup>th<\/sup>-24<sup>th<\/sup> 2019) is\nPoison Prevention Week, which is a week that is meant to raise awareness of the\nrisk of being poisoned by household products that hide in plain sight including\nmedicines, peroxides, chemicals, plants, food, fumes, and pesticides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Most of the week\u2019s events are based around protecting small\nchildren from getting into something that could harm them. Here at Travall, we\nwant to draw special attention to our furry, four-legged children \u2013 because\nthey need protecting too!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019ve got a dog that is notorious for sticking their\nnose where it shouldn\u2019t be, they are risking getting into something that could\nreally harm them one day. Thousands of pets swallow toxic products every year\nresulting in poisoning or chocking. Storing these items in\nplaces that dogs can not get into can also help prevent consumption, or even\nlocking them in a cabinet.
